9. At times we need to partner with outside vendors for various elements production, depending on the scope, needs and timing of the project. Also, there may be costs involved with marketing this video (i.e. Facebook promoted video posts). With this in mind, do you have budget dollars set aside to contribute to this project if there are any production or marketing costs connected to it? *This question is required.

15. Please know, that as the use of video connected to ministry needs grows exponentially, we will be required to increasingly plan far in advance for production. For example, the average production time needed for a 3 minute video is approximately 15 to 20 hours of time, dependent on the complexity of the project.

Going into 2021, we are asking for as much lead time for video production as possible, planning ahead 3 to 6 months in advance. This applies to both pre-taped and livestream productions. Requests made with less lead time than this may need to be delayed or outsourced on a contracted cost basis.
